AFLAC helps provide Metro Fire employees with financial peace of mind with cash benefits to pay out-of-pocket medical expenses and other bills.
CRITICAL ILLNESS & CANCER INSURANCE
Guarantee issue up to a $30,000 benefit for employees, $15,000 for spouses for events such as heart attack, stroke, cancer, and more. NO limits on pre-existing conditions!
**Premiums are based on age and benefit amount
ACCIDENT INSURANCE
On- and off-the-job injuries such as broken bones, car accidents, burns, stitches, slip falls, etc.
HOSPITAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE
Hospitalization benefits for injuries or illnesses to help offset expenses. Those enrolled in this benefit will receive $2,000 when admitted as inpatient and $100 daily benefit after filing a claim. There are NO limits on pre-existing conditions or pregnancy.
AFLAC wants to put money into your pocket by encouraging you to file a wellness/ health screening claim. After all, your plan provides a once-yearly benefit for proactively managing your health with a COVID-19 or antibody test, physical, immunization, eye exam, mammogram, pap smear, prostate screening or another covered exam.
